The standard advertising fee on ILikeMOHomes.com is $195.00 for a 3-month ad (3-month extensions are $10). We prefer payment via credit card online, but also accept payment by check or money order. If paying by check or money order, your home will not be listed until payment is received.

How to List Online
- Read what’s included in your account and our service agreement.
- Create an account with us. (All subsequent steps follow automatically from clicking on this step.)
- Specify a telephone number or contact e-mail for your account.
- Fill out your property listing page and tell us whether you’d like Randall O. Barnes & Associates to contact you regarding legal representation for the sale of your home.
- Select your payment method.
- Create your listing and upload your photos. (If you do not have a digital camera, you may mail or drop your photos off at our address. Or, for $, we will take the photos for you with our own digital camera.) Remember, property information may be edited at any time.
How to List by Mail
- Read what’s included in your account and our service agreement.
- Print and fill out the property information form.
- Take up to seven pictures of your home. Be sure to specify the main photo to represent your home.
- Make your check out to “ILikeMOHomes.com, Inc.”
- Mail property listing information, pictures, and payment to our address. Your listing should appear within 24 hours of receipt.
