Service Agreement

Missouri Houses for Sale
  1. ILikeMOHomes.com is an advertising service for sellers choosing the basic account option.
  2. Creating a basic account does not create an attorney-client relationship between ILikeMOHomes.com and the seller.
  3. Creating a basic account does not create an agency relationship between ILikeMOHomes.com and the seller.
  4. The basic account is $300 for a standard duration of three months, renewable for $10.
  5. One property per account.
  6. There are no refunds for basic accounts.
  7. Seller is responsible for accuracy of their account. If we find information that is incorrect and misleading, we reserve the right to suspend their account.
  8. Seller agrees to inform ILikeMOHomes.com if they choose to utilize a full-service broker, in which case, the rules of the Missouri Real Estate Commission require us to remove the account from our website.
  9. Username and Password: if you forget your username or password first try to retrieve them here, if this fails please email us at password@ILikeMOHomes.com so we can reset your account.
  10. ILikeMOHomes.com shall not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the selling or showing of a property.
  11. Seller agrees to inform ILikeMOHomes.com when their home sells by changing the status of their account from For Sale to Sold.
  12. Since our costs are incurred upfront, there are no refunds.
  13. DELUXE ACCOUNTS Sellers desiring a deluxe account must also sign an exclusive listing agreement with ILikeMOHomes.com by stopping by our physical address at 219 East Dunklin Street, Ste. A, Jefferson City, MO, 65109 or requesting a contract by mail.
  14. Terms of the Service Agreement for Deluxe Accounts are discussed in detail in the exclusive listing agreement and are not provided online to protect ILikeMOHomes.coms trade secrets.
  15. PLEASE NOTE: ILikeMOHomes.com is not a law firm. Contracting to advertise your home on ILikeMOHomes.com does not create an attorney-client relationship. Nor does entering into an exclusive listing agreement with ILikeMOHomes.com create an attorney-client relationship. If you are concerned about the legal implications of a contract for sale, we strongly encourage you to contact an independent attorney.
